• No previous evictions.
• Good credit history. Lack of credit history will not be a cause for rejection.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Demonstrated ability to pay rent.

Gather Your Documents

Having your household documents ready can help make the application process easier. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued ID for each household member age 18 or older.
• Birth certificates for household members under age 18.
• Social Security cards for all household members.
• Four consecutive paychecks dated within the past 120 days.

Please complete all applicable sections of your application. If a section does not apply to your household, indicate N/A where appropriate.
